Also known as “Kiribath” in the local language, this is a delicious dish that consists of coconut-milk infused rice. Mix a bit of milk rice with chicken gravy or “lunu miris” (a spicy onion sambol) for great taste.

An all-time favourite of many Sri Lankans, kottu roti is a joyful mix of thinly-strewn threads of “godamba roti” and ingredients of your choice – be it vegetables, meat, eggs, and even cheese!
