When to go?
The sun shines all year round in Qatar – mainly due to the desert climate. However, the best time to visit this country is during the winter months of November, till March. During this period, the temperatures are less-warmer, and rainfall is rare. Sandstorms are likely to occur in spring when the temperatures reach almost 50 degrees Celsius. During the month of Ramadan, businesses reduce their hours.

Why go?
Doha grows each day, and never seems to stop developing. With a string of luxurious hotels in Doha Qatar, the likes of Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli, numerous up-scale restaurants, world-class malls and spas, your time in Doha is sure to be nothing less than a treat. While you’ll be exposed to modernity, you’ll also have a chance to witness authentic and vibrant souqs.

Local laws and etiquette
It’s important that you remember Qatar is an Islamic country, therefore, although it’s not compulsory – dressing conservatively is appreciated. It’s best if you cover your knees and shoulders when you aren’t at your hotel.
