The closest airports to Desaru Beach are Senai International Airport from Johor Baharu in Malaysia and Changi International Airport from Singapore. Another way is to catch the daily ferry from Singapore.

Best time to visit

Peak seasons are from June to August. The monsoon descends from November to February, but the area remains open with plenty of rain-free days in between. The least busy months are April, May, September and October.
