Abu Dhabi is a Middle Eastern city, and the climate here is characterised by harsh summers and mild winters. So, the best time to visit is from October to April. But make no mistake, even if you visit during the summer, you will have plenty of indoor attractions to enjoy.
How to get around
Getting around Abu Dhabi is fairly easy. The Abu Dhabi International Airport is only 20 minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi and parked outside the airport are plenty of taxis. While public transport provides a good service, most visitors tend to take taxis; this is partly because the Abu Dhabi road numbering system is ever-changing.

As a tourist destination visited by thousands of tourists, the city offers a diverse range of serviced apartments in Abu Dhabi. You also have hotels and resorts, but families seem to prefer the likes of Oaks Liwa Executive Suites.
Places to visit
Abu Dhabi has some of the best family-friendly attractions in the UAE. Yas Island, for instance, is perfect for adventurers; you get Warner Bros World, Yas Waterworld, and Ferrari World here. You should also visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the most architecturally beautiful buildings in the Middle East. Another place that should be on your list is Louvre Museum.
