Planning Your Visit

Those staying at Civic District-based five-star hotels in Singapore will find this attraction in Marina Bay within easy reach. It’s only around a six-minute drive from the SG Clean certified Grand Park City Hall and close to the Promenade MRT Station, while public buses including #36, 70A, 111 and 518 have stops nearby too. It’s generally open from Thursday to Monday (as well as public holidays) from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

What Awaits

While the Singapore Flyer is great to photograph, its real allure is the views it offers from 165 metres in the air! A ride in one of its air-conditioned capsules takes around half an hour and on your journey, you will be greeted with inspiring 360-degree panoramas of the Lion City; be it during the day or at night, these views are amazing and you will get to see Marina Bay, Merlion Park, Raffles Place, Padang and more.

Other Highlights

This also happens to be amongst the best family attractions in Singapore since there are many other things to do here as well. The multisensory Time Capsule provides a fun interactive journey covering the city’s past, present and future, while Whimsical Reality is an imaginative art exhibition. At this site, you will also find the Flight Experience which gives you a chance to experience what’s it like to fly a Boeing 737!

Dining on High

For something different, you can book a special dining package which lets you enjoy a delectable four-course dinner with that special someone in a private capsule; apart from wine pairing options and personalised butler service, you also get to experience two rotations on the Singapore Flyer for a unique and romantic date night amidst spellbinding vistas!
