A mall can be commonly known as a large enclosed shopping area that includes various kinds of shops that sell essential commodities to luxury goods, but there is more than meets the eye to the Central World mall, there is a theatre, mega-stores stores that measure between 2000 to 8200 square metres, sports equipment stores, a central food hall, spas, fitness centres and over 35 flagship stores.
Construction
The mall has a 550000sqm retail space and has been constructed with a total size of a whopping 830000sqm and regarded as the eleventh largest shopping mall in the world. The mall was opened in the year 2001.
Getting there
Reaching the mall is pretty easy, you could get there from almost all the parts of the Bankok city by a taxi, and you also have direct BTS train access to the Mall. If you are stationed at a Siam Hotel in Bangkok, the likes of Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, the mall is just a few minutes stroll away.
